  • This is the program that started everything! Our “Original” Joint Effort program consists of traditional, low impact cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. Our specialized equipment allows just about anyone to exercise effectively and free of discomfort. This program covers all five components of physical fitness and will help to improve muscular strength & endurance, cardiovascular health, flexibility, body composition, balance, posture and much more!

    Each program is designed and monitored 100% of the time by an experienced exercise physiologist who is dedicated to motivating and coaching you to reach your health and fitness goals!

    No pushy personal trainers or high intensity coaches. We take a very conservative approach initially in developing a program that is fit for your current capabilities so you can continue with it forever and maintain or even regain the ability to do the things you enjoy!
